All campers must be roadworthy, kept free of outside clutter and able to move at short notice.
A Vehicle needs to be on site at all times to move campers if needed for safety and emergency purposes.
All Campers and Visitors must register at our front gate.
A visitor charge may be required for certain weekends. Example; Harley weekend, visitors must purchase armband.
Visitors are allowed 10am-10pm. No visitors after 10pm. Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
No walking or running in the Beech Bend Amusement park after closing.
Only ONE RV or tent per campsite. One car allowed per site. Additional cars may be parked in the designated parking area with proper tag. Speed limit is 10mph everywhere in Campground.
Monthly tent camping in not accepted from Nov. 1 until Mar.1.
No camper shall plug into an additional electrical access. Advise us asap if there is a problem.
No ATV’s, dune buggies, or go carts. Golf carts, bicycles, and scooters are acceptable.
No one can operate a motorized vehicle without a valid driver’s license.
Parents or designated adults are responsible for their children and pets. Be sure they know and are obeying our rules. DO NOT leave children or pets unattended outside.
Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times, never chained. No outdoor caged/crated animals allowed.
Owners are responsible for immediate pet cleanup and control of barking. No vicious pets.
No pets are allowed inside any campground building. This includes laundromat and restrooms.
All garbage must be places in plastic bags before being placed in trash receptacles. This is a state law. All boxes must be broken down or cut up before depositing in receptacle.
No firearms allowed and no alcoholic beverages allowed except on your own site.
Disorderly, immoral conduct, abusive language, drunkenness or being inconsiderate to others will not be tolerated from tenants or their guests.
Drunk or disorderly people will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund.
Campfires and cooking fires may be directly on the ground (no ring) if properly attended.
No washing of bicycles, pets, or muddy objects or persons in the bathhouse. Use outside hydrant. Do not flush cloth rags, hard paper, sanitary products or any items made of rubber or plastic.
Laundromat: Never wash oily cleaning rags in washers. Remove clothes from washer or dryer when cycle ends. Wipe out washer and clean dryer scree when finished. Do not wash pet bedding in our washers. Management is not responsible for any losses.
No additions or fencing without prior approval. It will be removed at owner’s expense.
Beech Bend has the right to remove any RV, tent, and/or possessions at owners’ expense if the site is not vacated at scheduled time or if a tenant is found disobeying our rules.
Picnic tables are first come, first serve. Limit one per site.
You may not reserve camping spots without a vehicle on site and prior proper payment.
The use of shade structures or temporary pet pens/fences is permitted only if not staked into the ground, no larger than 10’ x 10’, located directly adjacent to camper and can be promptly removed during campground mowing and maintenance.Vehicles that are not operable or road-worthy are not allowed in the campground.
The owners and management absolve themselves from all liability or responsibility to the tenants or guests for loss by fire, accident, theft, acts of nature or any other causes.
