- Beech Bend offers two party rooms, allowing multiple parties at the same time. Availability will be shown during booking.
- Parties are booked in fixed two-hour time slots.
- 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM
- 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Meal served 30 minutes after party room time begins.
Weather During Your Party
In the event of inclement weather during a scheduled party, Beech Bend Park management will work directly with the party host to ensure guests are properly taken care of.
- Weather-related accommodations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Final decisions regarding weather-related accommodations will be made by park management.
Weather conditions do not automatically guarantee rescheduling. Park management will determine the best solution for each situation.
Rescheduling Policy
- Parties may be rescheduled one time up to 24 hours prior.
- Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled party time are not eligible.
- Birthday party reservations that are rescheduled may be subject to applicable fees, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
Rescheduled birthday party dates are subject to availability and are not guaranteed to have the same party room or party room time.
The Day of Your Party
Here’s exactly what to expect when you arrive at Beech Bend Park & Splash Lagoon.
Yes! While your party room is reserved for two hours, all guests included in your party may enjoy the park all day during normal operating hours on the date of your celebration.
You may bring your own birthday cake (no ice cream cake) and candles. For safety and food service reasons, no other outside food or drinks are permitted. Simple tabletop decorations & decorations will be provided, but personal decorations are welcome. Confetti, glitter, and wall adhesives are not allowed.
All add-ons are coordinated by your party host and redeemed during your scheduled celebration. Additional add-ons may be added during your party!
Rescheduling
- Date changes are subject to availability.
- Parties may be rescheduled one time up to 48 hours prior.
- Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled party time are not eligible.
Weather Impact
Beech Bend Park remains open during rain and only closes rides for severe weather. Temporary closures do not qualify. If severe weather significantly impacts your scheduled party, options will be reviewed at the discretion of park management.
