Big Changes Are Coming in 2026!

In 2026 we will be introducing a brand new RFID season pass system!

What does RFID mean? RFID stands for Radio Frequency Identification.

RFID wristbands are faster, tougher, more secure and smarter, but most importantly, they are more convenient for you and your family.

  • Faster season pass processing — no more waiting on card printers!
  • You just tap your wrist — no fumbling for tickets or cards
  • Entry gates and payment stations move much faster.
  • You can link your credit/debit card or load money onto the wristband. (Not required!)
  • Just tap to pay for food, drinks, or souvenirs — no cash or phone needed.
  • Access to Season Pass holder discounts & specials.
  • Wristbands are durable, waterproof, and comfortable — no worries about rain, sweat, or swimming.

Your 2026 season pass wristband must be picked up at the park. Please keep your confirmation email, as it contains the QR code needed to activate your pass. Early season pass processing will begin in late April. Exact dates will be announced closer to that time.

No! You are not required to add a credit/debit card to anyone’s wristband.

If you choose not to link a debit or credit card or add funds to your account, your wristband will continue to function as your season pass for entry and access.

You also have the ability to add a set amount of funds to a wristband. This allows you to use your wristband for payment, but ensures a set spending limit!

*Funds and payment methods cannot be added until your wristband is received. Early season pass processing will begin in late April. Exact dates will be announced closer to that time.

 

If purchased online, customers are automatically prompted to create a Beech Bend Park Account during the checkout process. A confirmation email is sent after purchase and includes a link to access your account & tickets.

Passes purchased over the phone will have their accounts activated and connected to your family members during season pass processing. Early season pass processing is expected to begin in late April, with exact dates announced soon. Until then, there’s nothing you need to do—your information is safely saved and can be accessed by Beech Bend staff whenever you need assistance. Your confirmation email will always take you directly to your tickets & transaction number.

If your wristband is lost, a staff member can immediately deactivate it to prevent unauthorized use. Please notify a ticket gate attendant as soon as possible. A replacement wristband may be issued for $10. Guests are responsible for keeping their wristband secure after entry.

Traditional card passes will no longer be used starting in 2026. But don’t worry — your wristband will make getting through the gates and enjoying your day smoother than ever.

Good news! Once you’ve entered, you don’t need to wear your wristband—you can safely store it for the rest of your visit. Please remember that guests are responsible for keeping their wristband secure after entry.

There’s no app, but you can easily manage your account online with a computer or mobile device. View all your perk usage history and keep track of your funds anytime, right from your browser.

We are also more than happy to assist you at any ticketing window!

Absolutely! Season passes and general admission tickets include access to all rides and waterpark attractions.

The only exclusions are Go-Karts & Games.

No! All tickets are sent straight to your email with a scannable QR code—and you can even add them to your digital wallet for easy access!

Yes! You can reschedule your tickets.
Guests may reschedule online through their confirmation email or by logging into their account. All changes must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit date. Please note that price differences may apply based on the new date you choose compared to your original ticket.

Want to step out for a bit? No problem! Just get a handstamp when you leave, and you can come back anytime during the day.

Make your Splash Lagoon visit the most relaxing one yet. When you rent a cabana, you’re not just getting shade—you’re getting your own private retreat in the middle of all the fun. You can reserve a Cabana ahead of time by booking online and securing your desired location. If there are any unrented Cabanas you may rent them at our ticket gate gift shop during your visit.

Admission is NOT included with a cabana purchase.

Starting Thanksgiving weekend 2025, Beech Bend Park & Splash Lagoon will accept Discover, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at all locations. Every concession, retail, and ticketing station will offer tap-to-pay for faster, easier checkout.

Cash payments will still be accepted.

Electric scooter rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be rented in person during your visit; online reservations are not available. For more scooter & wheelchair information please visit the following link:

Lockers are conveniently located inside the main entrance to Splash Lagoon, making it easy to secure your belongings before the fun begins. They can be rented using a self serve kiosk, or by scanning a QR code to pay online.

For the most relaxed experience, Monday through Friday are the best days to visit, offering lighter crowds and more room to enjoy the fun.

Beech Bend Park allows one Bring-a-Friend ticket per day. To use both, guests will need to redeem them on two separate visits.

For the safety, security, and overall experience of all guests, Beech Bend Park requires a valid admission ticket for entry. This policy applies to everyone, even if you do not plan to ride attractions or participate in water activities.

Please remember, Guests ages 4 and up require a ticket to enter. Children 3 and under are always free.

Beginning in 2026, both of your Bring-a-Friend tickets will be delivered under a single QR code sent to you when you purchase your Season Pass. This QR code contains both ticket uses; however, it can only be scanned once per day. To use both tickets, you will need to redeem them on two separate visits.

Stroller rentals are available at Beech Bend Park for $10 per single stroller and $15 per double stroller.

Starting in 2026, all coupons and discount tickets will be digitally linked to your Season Pass wristband. This update eliminates the need to carry paper coupon sheets or keep track of individual discount tickets throughout the season. With everything stored directly on your wristband, your savings are always with you—secure, convenient, and ready to redeem whenever you visit.

Age 4 and up need ticket; age 3 and under free, but age 4+ must have ticket even if they don’t ride.
