Ticket & Season Pass Terms and Conditions
In order to gain entrance into Beech Bend Park, Inc. (“Beech Bend”), (doing business as Beech Bend Park and Splash Lagoon) and to access and participate in the use of the amusement park, water park and other on-site facilities, all patrons must fully read, understand, and agree to the Ticket & Season Pass Terms and Conditions explained below. Please read the provisions carefully.
Ticket Sales: All ticket and season pass sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges.
Security Screening: Prior to entering the park all guests must go through a bag check, and you hereby consent to doing so.
Lost Property: Beech Bend is not responsible for lost or stolen property of a Passholder or Ticket Holder.
Permission to Photograph or Photograph Video Image: Entry into Beech Bend constitutes consent for Beech Bend to use any photographs or videos taken during your visit for promotional purposes.
Improper Behavior: A Ticket may be revoked without refund, and the Ticket/Pass Holder removed from the park for conduct detrimental to the park, including theft of property or services, violation of Federal, State, and Local laws, assisting any person to obtain unauthorized entry, violation of park rules and safety procedures, vandalism, disorderly conduct, intoxication, drugs or weapons.
WARNING: Physically demanding rides and water slides, slippery surfaces, uneven surfaces, pools and streams of water are inherent risks within some attractions. Please be alert and aware of your surroundings and abide by all park and attraction rules and requirements.
Assumption of Risk: The Passholder or Ticket Holder acknowledges that there are risks inherent in using Beech Bend premises and Beech Bend attractions and that these risks can cause serious and even fatal injuries. The Passholder or Ticket Holder assumes all risk of personal injury, death, and property damage or loss resulting from any cause whatsoever including but not limited to: use of amusement rides and devices, equipment, miniature golf and other interactive attractions; physical contact with other participants, spectators, employees; contact or collisions with barriers, walls, ride carriages, or other parts of Beech Bend attractions or premises; falls on slippery or uneven surfaces; falls or injuries related to entering water pools by walking, running, jumping or diving; sudden or abrupt changes in speed, altitude, and/or direction; negligence on the part of Beech Bend and its respective owners, operators, employees, members, and/or agents (collectively, “Beech Bend Staff”), including failure on the part of Beech Bend Staff to take reasonable steps to safeguard or protect Passholder or Ticket Holder from the risks and dangers.
The Passholder or Ticket Holder further acknowledges that, while lifeguards are on duty, this does not mean that Beech Bend ensures or guarantees the safety of any person at these attractions. The Passholder or Ticket Holder acknowledges that they alone are responsible for the safety of themselves or any minors or other persons in their care while using Beech Bend attractions regardless of the presence of a lifeguard.
The Passholder or Ticket Holder assumes all risks incidental to the waterpark, water rides, water slides, the amusement park, amusement park rides and all attractions, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event, and agrees Beech Bend Staff shall not be liable for bodily and/or severe injury, and/or death resulting from such causes. By purchasing and/or accepting this Season Pass or Ticket, the Passholder or Ticket Holder explicitly agrees not to file any claim or lawsuit against Beech Bend Staff for personal injury or death.
The Passholder or Ticket Holder explicitly assumes all risks, hazards, and dangers associated with the operation of all rides and attractions and agrees to read and adhere to all safety and warning signage, instructions, and rules. The Passholder or Ticket Holder agrees and understands that use of Beech Bend premises or attractions is a purely voluntary, recreational activity and that, if he or she is not willing to acknowledge the risk and agree not to sue, he or she should not use these premises or attractions. Beech Bend will not bear any responsibility for bodily injury and/or severe injury and/or death or loss to any person in connection with use of the Beech Bend premises, rides, amusements, attractions, or on their entrance into or departure from the Beech Bend premises or attractions.
Indemnification: By purchasing and/or accepting this Season Pass or Ticket, the Passholder or Ticket Holder further agrees that they will indemnify and hold harmless Beech Bend Staff from any loss, liability, damages or cost of any kind that they may incur as the result any injury to themselves or to any member of their family or for whom they explain the meaning of this agreement, even if it is contended that any such injury was caused by negligence on the part of Beech Bend Staff. In any suit filed by a parent on behalf of a minor Passholder or Ticket Holder, the parent agrees to fully indemnify Beech Bend Staff.
Release of Liability: In consideration of the above and being allowed to visit and use Beech Bend premises and Beech Bend attractions, the Passholder or Ticket Holder explicitly agrees not to sue and releases from any and all liability the Beech Bend Staff, even if Passholder or Ticket Holder contends that such injuries are the result of negligence on the part of Beech Bend or Beech Bend Staff.
Waiver of Jury Trial: YOU (FOR YOURSELF, MINOR CHILDREN FOR WHOM YOU ARE SUPERVISING, AND EACH OTHER SEASON PASSHOLDER OR TICKET HOLDER) AND BEECH BEND IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
ATMs:
ATMs are located in the Ticket Gate gift shop, the Kentucky Rumbler gift shop, and Beech Bend Hall. All major food service locations, gift shops, and the ticket gate accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
Bag Checks:
All bags, backpacks, strollers, and wagons are subject to inspections by Beech Bend turnstile personnel. Prohibited items include weapons, food, drinks, coolers, drink containers, suitcases, segways, skateboards, heelies, rollies, beach umbrellas, and pop up canopies. Acceptable items include baby food, baby formula, medically required foods for special dietary needs, umbrellas not larger than a golf umbrella, empty Beech Bend souvenir cups, and one sealed 24oz bottle of water per person.
Behavior & Conduct:
Beech Bend Park & Splash Lagoon are family parks. We do not allow outside alcoholic beverages, weapons, firearms (concealed or open), profanity or other speech that is considered rude or inflammatory, or obscene gestures. We do not allow running, line jumping, sitting on queue line fences, spitting, or throwing of objects. Tattoos that are considered vulgar or inflammatory must be covered. Riders must adhere to loose item policies of each ride.
Birthday Parties:
Beech Bend Park offers the ultimate Birthday Party Package. Party Package includes general admission plus all day unlimited rides, unlimited use of Splash Lagoon Water Park, live entertainment, Gold Rush Golf, and lunch served in your private party room. Cabanas and Canopies:
Standard Cabanas: Weekday Price Weekend/Holiday Price
Standard Cabana $109.99 $174.99
All standard cabanas are equipped with a dining table and four chairs, 2 chaise lounge chairs, smart safe, 6 complimentary soda/bottled water vouchers ($24 value), and a dedicated server. Wristbands are required to occupy a cabana and each cabana comes with up to 6 wristbands. Park admission is not included with cabana/canopy purchase.
All Beech Bend Park rules apply to the cabanas, so you may not bring in any outside food or drinks. Cabanas operate on the same schedule as Splash Lagoon (please check our operating calendar for more information). There are no refunds on cabana rentals, including for inclement weather.
Premium Cabanas: Weekday Price Weekend/Holiday Price

All premium cabanas are equipped with a dining table and four chairs, 2 chaise lounge chairs, smart safe, 8 complimentary soda/bottled water vouchers ($32 value), and a dedicated server. Wristbands are required to occupy a cabana and each cabana comes with up to 8 wristbands. Park admission is not included with cabana/canopy purchase.
All Beech Bend Park rules apply to the cabanas, so you may not bring in any outside food or drinks. Cabanas operate on the same schedule as Splash Lagoon (please check our operating calendar for more information). There are no refunds on cabana rentals, including for inclement weather.
Canopies: Weekday Price Weekend/Holiday Price
Canopy $49.99 $59.99
All canopies are equipped with 2 chaise lounge chairs, a side table, and four complimentary soda/bottled water vouchers ($16 value). Wristbands are required to occupy a canopy and each canopy comes with up to 4 wristbands. Park admission is not included with cabana/canopy purchase.
All Beech Bend Park rules apply to the canopies, so you may not bring in any outside food or drinks. Canopies operate on the same schedule as Splash Lagoon (please check our operating calendar for more information). There are no refunds on canopy rentals, including for inclement weather.
Camping:
Beech Bend offers first class camping facilities within walking distance to the park, water park and racetracks. Bring your own tent or RV and stay right here at Beech Bend Park. Please see the Campground section for more information.
Catered Picnics:
Beech Bend Park & Splash Lagoon has great rates for catered picnics whether you are planning a corporate event, team picnic, family reunion, church outing, or just a gathering of friends. Beech Bend features a full day of fun with discounted rates for groups as small as 15 to as big as 10,000. Plan a sun-filled day of non-stop fun for your employees or group members with all day admission including unlimited rides on more than three dozen attractions, Splash Lagoon Water Park, Gold Rush Golf, and Live Shows. Dress Code:
Shoes, shorts/pants and a shirt are required for park admission and in all areas of Beech Bend Park. Swimsuit tops must be family-appropriate to be worn as a shirt. Proper, modest swimsuits (or plain shorts & shirt) are required in Splash Lagoon and swim diapers are required for untrained toddlers. Swimsuit cover-ups must not be see through and must cover the entire back side. Beech Bend is a family park and does not allow clothing containing profanity, vulgar language, inflammatory language or graphics. Skate shoes, skate boards, and hover boards are not allowed. Tattoos that are considered vulgar or inflammatory must be covered.
First Aid:
First aid stations are located at the ticket gate and next to the WNKY entertainment stage. Please ask a park employee for needed assistance in locating or getting to the first aid stations.
Groups:
Beech Bend Park & Splash Lagoon has great rates for groups whether you are planning a corporate event, team picnic, family reunion, church outing, or just a gathering of friends. Beech Bend features a full day of fun with discounted rates for groups as small as 15 to as big as 10,000. Plan a sun-filled day of non-stop fun for your employees or group members with all day admission including unlimited rides on more than three dozen attractions, Splash Lagoon Water Park, Gold Rush Golf, and Live Shows. Parking is free for all size vehicles, plus we offer free sunscreen and free tubes/mats for all guests. We take pride in having short wait times for attractions so you can spend your time on the rides, not standing in lines. Your tickets will be printed and ready when you arrive or we can ship tickets to you in advance. Height Requirements:
For guest safety, height and weight restrictions are strictly enforced on applicable rides and slides. Many attractions require a minimum or maximum height to ride. Some attractions also have maximum weight restrictions to ride. All guests must adhere to posted height and weight restrictions. Guests will be measured with their shoes on in Beech Bend Park with feet flat on the ground and measurement to the top of the head (not hair). Shoes may not alter the height by more than one inch. Lifeguards:
Splash Lagoon is staffed with professionally trained lifeguards. Lifeguards are certified by Ellis & Associates. Please note that we use a life-like, child-sized training mannequin for ongoing lifeguard training.
Life Jackets:
Complimentary life jackets are provided. Life jackets are located in Splash Lagoon Water Park next to Tiki Island. Life jackets are available on a first come, first serve basis and come in infant, toddler, youth and adult sizes.
Lockers:
Key-less lockers are available on a first come, first serve basis underneath the Raging Rapids water slides. These lockers can be rented at kiosks next to the lockers and can be rented with cash or a credit card. Our lockers come in three sizes. You set your own code and access them as many times as you want! Locker rentals are $12 per day for a standard locker (14″H x 10″W x 17″D), $13 per day for a large locker (17″H x 13″W x 17″D), and $15 per day for a jumbo locker (21″H x 16″W x 17″D).
Additional keyed lockers may be rented in the ticket gate gift shop for $12 per day if key-less lockers sell out.
Lost and Found:
All items lost or found should be delivered to the Lost & Found office at the ticket gate. For items misplaced, please inquire at the Lost & Found office before leaving the park. If the lost item has not been turned in, a Lost Item report can be completed so that we may contact you if found later. Beech Bend Park & Splash Lagoon is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Next Day Tickets:
For just $25 more you can turn your visit into twice the fun! Buy a “Two-Consecutive-Day” ticket and extend your fun. Second day ticket must be purchased during your first day’s visit. Purchase your second day ticket at any park ticket booth prior to park closing. A two day Play Pass Ticket is also available for visiting the park on two days within a seven day period for just $69.99 plus tax.
Nursing Mothers:
Nursing mothers are welcome to breastfeed in any area of our parks. Nursing moms are also welcome to use any of our air-conditioned First Aid facilities if a private area is desired.
Outside Food or Drinks:
Sorry, but coolers, food, drinks and picnic items may not be taken into the park. There is a picnic area outside the main ticket gate available on a first come, first serve basis for families and groups. Baby food and formula are permitted. One sealed bottle of water up to 24oz. per person is permitted. Souvenir/Personal containers must be empty upon entry.
Parent Swap on Rides:
If parents want to ride an attraction that their child does not want to ride, they may utilize the “Parent Swap”. Both parents wait in line to ride with the child. One parent will ride while the other parent remains in line with the child, then they swap and the parent who has already ridden exits with the child while the second parent rides.
Pets & Service Animals:
Sorry, but pets are not allowed anywhere inside Beech Bend Park.
Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted. Emotional support, therapy, or companion animals are not included in the ADA’s definition of service animals and are unfortunately not allowed in the park.
Rain Policy:
Some rides and attractions will close temporarily during electrical storms, high winds, heavy rain, or other severe weather conditions. As soon as conditions permit safe operation, these rides and attractions will re-open. Beech Bend Park does not issue refunds or rain checks due to inclement weather. We encourage you to wait out the rain by seeing a show at the WNKY Stage, by playing games at Gameland, or by visiting our indoor food court and arcade at Beech Bend Hall. Hour, rates, and dates are subject to change without notice.
Racetracks:
Beech Bend Raceway Park hosts championship drag racing each week adjacent to the park. From weekly racing programs to multiple national events, Beech Bend Raceway can surely satisfy your need for speed! Please see the Dragstrip section for more information.
Ride Closings during the Day:
Our goal is to have all rides operating every day of the season, but occasionally rides must close for a period of time for maintenance. If a ride is going to be closed for an entire day, that closing will be posted at the ticket gate. We apologize in advance for ride closings, but hope you will enjoy the numerous other rides and slides available in the parks.
Ride Closings at the End of the Day:
All ride operations cease at park closing time, some queue lines close prior to park closing to accommodate guests in line. All guests in line will be allowed to ride.
School Field Trips:
A field trip to Beech Bend Park & Splash Lagoon can be both an educational experience and a fun-filled day. Special discounted school group rates are available in early season. Please see our Groups & Picnics page for more details.
Smoking Policy:
Beech Bend Park & Splash Lagoon are non-smoking & non-vaping facilities. Smoking (including electronic cigarettes and similar devices) is permitted in designated smoking areas only. There are four designated smoking areas in the ride park and two designated smoking areas in Splash Lagoon. Smoking areas are denoted on the park map by a cigarette symbol.
Stroller Rentals:
Stroller rentals are available at the ticket gate gift shop. Our strollers are kid friendly and are designed to look like fire trucks, taxis, etc. and come complete with a steering wheel. Stroller rentals are $10 per day for a single stroller or $15 per day for a double stroller. We accept cash, traveler’s checks, MasterCard, VISA, & Discover credit cards. Sorry, personal checks are not accepted.
Wheelchair and Scooter Rentals:
Wheelchair and electric scooters are available at the ticket gate gift shop. Wheelchair rentals are $10 per day and electric scooter rentals are $40 per day. Wheelchairs and scooters are rented on a first come, first serve basis. Scooter rentals require contracts and photo I.D. We accept cash, traveler’s checks, MasterCard, VISA, & Discover credit cards. Sorry, personal checks are not accepted.
