Beech Bend Park Rules & Regulations
CAMPING RESIDENTS/VISITORS
All camping residents and visitors MUST stop and check-in/register at the Campground Office. A copy of driver’s license/identification will be obtained from ALL persons and kept on file. All camping residents and visitors MUST stop and check-out at the Campground Office. Camping resident’s departure check-out time is 12 o’clock noon.
All camping residents are required to report their campsite number to the Campground Office within 15 minutes of arrival.
Alcoholic beverages are permitted only within your designated campsite.
Individuals who are intoxicated or engaging in disorderly conduct will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, without refund.
All firearms must be legally permitted and securely stored inside a travel trailer, motorhome, or passenger vehicle at all times.
Please report any suspicious or illegal activity to the campground office. If an emergency, call 911.
Disorderly, immoral conduct, abusive language, drunkenness or being inconsiderate to others will not be tolerated from Camping Residents or their Visitors.
Visitor access is allowed between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Visitor fees may apply. Food/perishable deliveries must be received by the camping resident at the campground office gate. Campground office staff cannot accept food/perishable deliveries.
Camping residents, parents, or designated adults assume full responsibility for the supervision and behavior of their children and visitors. Children may not be left unattended at any time.
TRAVEL TRAILERS/MOTORHOMES/PASSENGER & RECREATIONAL VEHICLES
All travel trailers, motorhomes, passenger vehicles, and recreational vehicles are required to be operable and roadworthy. A designated vehicle capable of relocating a travel trailer must remain on site at all times for emergency or safety needs. Vehicles that are inoperable or not roadworthy are not permitted within the campground.
Each campsite may accommodate only one travel trailer, motorhome, or camping tent, and is limited to one vehicle. Up to three additional vehicles may be parked in the designated parking area near the laundromat, provided they display a valid parking tag.
A maximum speed of 10 mph is enforced throughout the campground. The use of ATV’s, side-by-sides, dune buggies, and go-carts is strictly prohibited. Golf carts, bicycles, and scooters are allowed. Operation of any motorized vehicle requires a valid driver’s license.
Vehicle maintenance, repairs, or mechanical work of any kind are prohibited within the campground, including but not limited to oil changes, part replacements, or fluid disposal.
PETS
All pets must be registered with the Campground Office upon check-in.
Pets must remain leashed and under the owner’s supervision at all times. Outdoor caging, crating, or chaining of pets is prohibited. Pets exhibiting aggressive or vicious behavior are not permitted. Pets may not be left unattended at any time.
Pet owners are fully responsible for promptly cleaning up after their pets and ensuring that their pets do not disturb others with excessive barking.
No pets are allowed inside any campground facility, including laundromats, bathhouses, or restrooms.
CAMPSITE REGULATIONS
Campsites MUST be kept clean and free of debris. Outside items must be kept orderly and to a minimum. “Please remember, we are a campground, not a mobile home park.”
The use of shade structures or temporary pet pens/fences is permitted only if not staked into the ground, no larger than 10’ x 10’, located directly adjacent to camper and can be promptly removed during campground mowing and maintenance. Outside shade structure cannot be used for storage purposes.
Any additions, structure, modifications, or fencing require prior approval from campground management. Any unauthorized installations will be removed at the owner’s expense.
Picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of one per campsite.
Reservations for campsites require a vehicle to be present on campsite and full payment to be made in advance.
Tent camping is prohibited from Nov. 1 until April 1.
Camping residents are required to bag all garbage in plastic before placing it in trash receptacles. Cardboard boxes must be flattened or cut into smaller pieces before disposal.
Campfires and cooking fires may be constructed directly on the ground, without a fire ring, only if they are continuously supervised. Firewood must be stored in a neat, covered, and compact manner.
Each campsite is equipped with one 30-amp or 50-amp electrical plug and one 110-volt receptacle. Camping residents are prohibited from using additional electrical access beyond their assigned hookup. Campsites share water hydrants, and residents are responsible for providing their own hydrant splitter. During winter months, residents are responsible for insulating or wrapping their assigned hydrants to prevent freezing. Fines may be assessed for failure to comply with electrical, water, or other utility regulations. Please contact the Campground Office with any questions or concerns regarding utilities.
Hot tubs and swimming pools are not permitted on campground property.
BATHHOUSE/LAUNDROMAT REGULATIONS
Washing bicycles, pets, muddy items, or people in the bathhouse is prohibited. Hair dyeing is not allowed. Please use an outside hydrant for these purposes. Do not flush cloth rags, hard paper, sanitary products, or any items made of rubber or plastic down the toilets or drains. These items must be placed in a trash receptacle.
Do not wash oily cleaning rags, pet bedding, etc. in the washers. Remove clothes promptly when the wash or dry cycle is complete. Wipe out washers and clean dryer screens after use. Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to laundry.
If the restrooms, bathhouse, or laundromat require supplies or maintenance, please contact the Campground Office.
Bathhouses are designated smoke-free environments. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Beech Bend bathhouses are shared facilities. Sexual activity or inappropriate personal behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited.
LONG TERM CAMPING
Monthly and long-term camping is subject to an application and approval process. All prospective monthly or long-term guests are required to complete a campground application, submit to a background check, and pay a non-refundable application and background check fee of forty dollars ($40.00) prior to any review or processing of the application. Applications will not be reviewed, processed, or approved until the required fee has been received in full.
Approval for monthly or long-term camping is not guaranteed and is granted at the sole discretion of Beech Bend.
All approved applicants must execute a signed campsite lease agreement prior to occupancy. Failure to complete the application process, submit to the required background check, remit the application fee, or execute the required lease agreement will result in denial of the request for monthly or long-term camping.
Beech Bend reserves the right to revoke approval, terminate a campsite agreement, or require removal from the property for violations of campground rules, lease terms, misrepresentation or omission of information on an application, failure to comply with policies, conduct deemed unsafe or disruptive, or for any other lawful reason necessary to protect the safety, operations, property, or enjoyment of the campground.
The application and background check fee is non-refundable regardless of approval status, denial, revocation, or termination of occupancy.
MISC. RULES & REGULATIONS
LATE PAYMENT POLICY – If payment is one (1) day past due, you will receive a phone call requesting payment. Payment may be made over the phone, or arrangements must be made to pay that same day. If no contact has been made by day three (3), a Late Rent Notice will be issued. It is the camping resident’s responsibility to contact the Campground Office immediately to make payment arrangements. If no contact has been made and no approved payment arrangements are in place by day five (5), an Eviction Notice will be issued. All payment arrangements must be made through the Campground Office and approved by Beech Bend Park General Manager. If approval is not granted, camping resident(s) will be required to vacate the premises immediately.
Weekly and random campground checks will be conducted by management to ensure all rules and regulations are being followed and that site assignments are correct. It is very important that Beech Bend has accurate site information for emergencies, recordkeeping, and responding to complaints. All late payments and complaints are kept on file in the Campground Office.
Beech Bend reserves the right to remove any travel trailer, motorhome, tent, vehicle, or other personal property at the owner’s expense if a campsite is not vacated by the scheduled departure time or if a camping resident or visitor is found to be in violation of any Campground Rule or Regulation.
Beech Bend owners and/or management absolve themselves from all liability or responsibility to the tenants or guests for property loss by fire, accident, theft, acts of nature or any other causes and from any claims resulting from physical or personal injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement, disability, loss or death, including claims alleging negligence on the part of Beech Bend Park, Inc.
Purchase of a campsite constitutes agreement with the above Rules & Regulations.
